Return and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faults

All our lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty against Faults. If your lightsaber has developed an issue, please email our support team at Jedi@replicasabers.com. And we will be more than happy to try to resolve your issue. If the issue is unresolved, you can return your lightsaber for a repair/replacement.
 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Cancellation fee

You must notify us within 48 hours of ordering if you wish to cancel your order. Failure to do so will incur a 10% re-stock fee which will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover any payment processing and ecommerce fees. If you are has already been processed, you will need to return the order at your own costs.
